This chatbot (“Service”) is operated by KIDS UNIVERSE TRADING CO., LTD. The Service connects to Facebook Messenger to provide automated replies when users message our Page.

Retention

To request deletion, email contact@kidsuniverse-trading.com with subject “Data Deletion Request” and include your Facebook profile link or screenshots to help us locate your conversation.

Upon verification, we will permanently delete your conversation data from our systems and confirm completion by email.
